Our seven mares were chosen for outstanding disposition, conformation and intelligence (not to mention their pretty faces!) concentrating primarily on Old Government lines. We owe a debt of gratitude to our mentor and friend Doris Norton of Big Bend Farm for her guidance when we started out on this path. Two of "the girls" are granddaughters of her great stallion Applevale Storm King.
